The Board Agora is a members-only community of high-profile board members. You need to be able to trust that we keep your data and engagement on the platform private. We use banking-grade security and encryption on our systems, and our platform is audited 6-monthly to ensure that we are extremely well protected.
This privacy Statement explains how Board Agora collects and uses personal data, and describes the rights you have with respect to your personal data.
In this Statement, “Board Agora,” “our”, “we” or “us” refers to the global organization of Board Agora AG and all related entities. Board Agora AG is the controller of your personal data and undertakes data processing activities to which the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies.
Board Agora processes personal data for a variety of purposes. We collect this personal data directly from you or from the company you work for. We also obtain your personal data via publicly available sources, such as LinkedIn. This Privacy Statement is intended to cover all of the above-mentioned scenarios.

Child Safety Standards Policy
Child Safety Standards
Any explicit content or child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is strongly prohibited on our application.
Compliance with Child Safety laws & reporting :
Our app complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations.
Our app ensures all content shared within the app is appropriate for a mixed audience, including children. User-generated content is moderated to prevent inappropriate material from being accessible.
Any CSAM (Child Safety Abuse Material) content will be automatically removed when flagged or reported through our moderation features or if we are directly contacted for this purpose.
We will systematically take action to report confirmed CSAM content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
CSAM consists of any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

Validation and updates
Regular internal testing is conducted to ensure compliance with Google Play’s child safety standards, including functionality reviews and content audits.
